Description

You will design, implement, and manage Oracle database environments for performance, scalability, and reliability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer Oracle EBS 12.2.x, Oracle 19c, and WebLogic Server environments.
• Perform core DBA functions including installation, patching, cloning, backup, and recovery.
• Monitor and optimize database performance while proactively resolving stability issues.
• Build and maintain automation tools for monitoring and managing large-scale systems.
• Define database standards, security policies, and support data integrity compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Oracle 19c on Linux/Unix, including RAC environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x administration, upgrades, and migrations.
• Proven experience with Oracle WebLogic Server installation, configuration, and patching.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Experience in performance tuning, backup/recovery, and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) or Oracle certifications (OCP, OCI Architect).
