Description

Lead end-to-end implementation and architecture of Oracle EPBCS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture and design from requirement gathering through Hypercare.
• Manage technical delivery, ensuring quality and timely escalation of risks.
• Direct module development and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement strategic Hyperion initiatives.
• Develop requirement documents, design specs, test plans, and training materials.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of EPM experience focusing on Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPBCS.
• Hands-on implementation experience with EPBCS out-of-the-box modules, specifically Financial and Strategic Modelling.
• Expertise in building and leading Planning, PBCS, and EPBCS modules.
• Deep understanding of ASO/BSO cube development and MDX calculations.
• Proficiency in customizing solutions in PBCS and EPBCS and creating complex reports using EPRCS.
• Strong knowledge of Aggregate storage and Business Rule creation/customization.
• Ability to build Data Management and Data exchange components.
• Experience with Narrative Reporting (EPRCS) and built-in predictive planning capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS and PaaS market offerings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating accelerators to simplify repetitive technical tasks.
