Serve as the technical and functional lead for Oracle EPM Planning solutions, owning overall platform architecture, design standards, and roadmap.
Architect, configure, and enhance enterprise financial planning and forecasting applications, including workforce, capital, revenue, and operating expense planning.
Partner closely with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Controllership, and Business Unit Finance leaders to align EPM capabilities with strategic planning and forecasting objectives.
Lead the design of driver‑based planning models, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and long‑range planning frameworks.
Design and maintain dimensional models, metadata structures, business rules, calculation scripts, and security configurations.
Oversee data integrations between Oracle EPM and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, PeopleSoft), ensuring data accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.
Drive continuous improvement of budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, focusing on automation, scalability, and usability.
Provide advanced hands‑on troubleshooting, enhancements, and production support for EPM applications during forecast cycles and key financial close periods.
Establish and enforce governance, documentation, development standards, and change management best practices across the EPM environment.
Lead and coordinate work performed by third‑party contractors, implementation partners, and managed service providers, ensuring quality delivery, adherence to standards, and alignment with business priorities.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to internal analysts, developers, and external resources supporting the EPM platform.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EPM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
