Description

You will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM ARCS implementation, configuration, and deployment, translating finance requirements into technical solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage reconciliation profiles aligned with business needs.
• Configure account groupings and hierarchies within ARCS.
• Implement integrations between ARCS and Oracle Fusion, including FX Rate setups.
• Build automated reconciliation workflows and intercompany reconciliation processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and support financial close and balance sheet reconciliation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle EPM ARCS implementations.
• Expertise in reconciliation profile setup and account hierarchy configuration.
• Proven experience integrating ARCS with Oracle Fusion.
• Knowledge of FX Rate integrations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Experience with EPM Automate and scripting for operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
