Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM ARCS implementation, configuration, and deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy ARCS solutions, managing end-to-end implementation lifecycles.
• Design, build, and optimize reconciliation profiles aligned with business requirements.
• Structure account hierarchies and groupings within ARCS and manage data integrations.
• Integrate ARCS with Oracle Fusion for seamless data flow and reconciliation.
• Implement FX rate setups, handle intercompany reconciliation, and automate tasks using EPM Automate and scripting.

Required Skills

• Oracle EPM ARCS implementation and configuration experience.
• Reconciliation profile setup and management.
• Account grouping and hierarchy configuration.
• Data integration with Oracle Fusion.
• FX Rate Integrations and Intercompany Reconciliation in ARCS.
• EPM Automate and scripting for automation tasks.
• Strong understanding of financial close processes and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into technical ARCS configuration.
• 3+ years of experience in Oracle EPM ARCS.

Preferred Skills

• Deep finance acumen and understanding of accounting principles.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take end-to-end accountability.
