Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant

You will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects and manage complex financial consolidation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to define business requirements and conduct FitGap analysis between customer needs and Hyperion functionality.
• Design and create application components including Planning Dimensions, Data Management, Web Forms, and application security matrices.
• Develop custom business rules, consolidation logic, translation logic, and EPM automation scripts.
• Manage the monthly close process, including the creation and maintenance of end-user web forms and rule-based workflows.
• Validate data movement between financial applications and ensure accuracy across financial statements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience with 2-3 full lifecycle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Deep understanding of accounting methods including IGAAP and USGAAP.
• Expertise in consolidation methods such as Equity and Cost methods, Currency Translation Adjustment, and Minority Interests.
• Technical proficiency in writing business rules and scripting for custom consolidations.
• Hands-on experience with Smart View, FR reporting studio, dashboards, and Close Manager artefacts.
• Strong knowledge of the elimination process, Chart of Accounts, and data integration from multiple sources.
• Ability to interpret financial data to create functional documents and multiple business scenarios.
• Comprehensive understanding of Balance Sheets, P&L, Cash Flow, and Goodwill calculations.
