Description

Lead functional implementation and configuration for Oracle EPM Cloud projects, including hands-on setup and functional design documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint calls and client meetings to drive project progress.
• Own hands-on configuration and create in-depth functional design documentation.
• Coordinate technical delivery by working with offshore teams in India.
• Apply deep knowledge of Oracle EPM functionalities to meet client requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Oracle EPM.
• Minimum of two end-to-end implementations specifically for the FCCS module.
• Proven experience in functional design and system configuration.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model requiring 40-50% travel to New Jersey.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing leadership.
• Experience working with offshore delivery models.
