Description

Configure and support Oracle EPM Planning, ARCS, and data integration solutions for finance and accounting stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) applications for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Build planning models, dimensions, metadata, and security, and develop business rules, calculation scripts, and Smart View configurations.
• Configure Oracle ARCS for account reconciliation, transaction matching, and close processes, including workflow approvals and exception handling.
• Support EPM data integrations using Data Exchange and EPM Automate for loads, backups, and scheduling, ensuring data consistency.
• Facilitate UAT, prepare functional documentation, and provide production support for Planning and ARCS issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation or support.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically Planning (EPBCS/PBCS).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS for account reconciliation and transaction matching.
• Proficiency in developing calculation scripts, business rules, and web input forms.
• Experience with Data Exchange and EPM Automate for data integration and automation.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and close cycles.
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical configurations.
• Experience with Smart View for Excel reporting and analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP integrations.
• Background in performance tuning and optimization of EPM calculations.
