Description

Lead the design, build, and delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS) in an on-site capacity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Break down user stories through functional design sessions and drive end-to-end solution design for financial, workforce, and project modules.
• Configure EPM application artifacts including dimensions, data forms, business rules, calculations, and EPM Automate scripts.
• Lead a team of consultants in offshore delivery, managing design, build, integrations, testing, and support activities.
• Build data integrations with source systems (ERP, HR) and design dashboards and reports.
• Conduct requirement gathering, CRPs, demos, and user training while documenting functional designs and test strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Suite, specifically EPBCS, FCCS, and ARCS.
• Proven track record of at least 2-3 full-cycle EPM Cloud implementations.
• Strong functional understanding of financial planning and budgeting, including workforce and project modules.
• Experience in Agile methodology and global delivery models.
• Ability to analyze user stories and translate them into robust functional designs.
• Experience in business process redesign or transformation.
• Ability to lead teams and drive customer discussions independently.

Preferred Skills

• End-to-end integration experience between EPM Cloud and external systems like ERP Finance and HR.
• Experience in client-facing roles, including workshops and user story clarification sessions.
