Description

You will lead and deliver Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, focusing on FCCS and PCMCS modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EPM projects from initiation through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop project plans.
• Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and IT staff.
• Bridge communication gaps between technical teams and business users to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing Oracle EPM projects with a focus on FCCS and PCMCS.
• Deep understanding of Oracle EPM architecture, functionalities, and integration points.
• Experience with financial consolidation, close processes, profitability, and cost management.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
• Hands-on use of project management tools like MS Project or Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical details for business users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent certification.
