Description

You will administer Oracle Fusion EPM modules including Planning, FCCS, EDMCS, Account Reconciliation, and Narrative Reporting. You serve as the Finance product owner, translating business needs into scalable system processes and managing user access, security, and environment migrations.

You own functional enablement for budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation, ensuring accurate financial close support and management reporting. You validate data integrations between Oracle ERP and EPM, implement automation, and maintain audit-ready documentation. You lead business testing for quarterly releases, patches, and system upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion EPM modules (Planning, FCCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting).
• Manage user access, security frameworks, metadata, and environment migrations (Dev/Test/Prod).
• Own financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Validate data integrations using FDMEE/Data Management and APIs between ERP and EPM.
• Lead system testing, governance, and audit readiness for financial systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, specifically Planning, FCCS, and EDMCS.
• Strong knowledge of EPM architecture, business rules, and calculation scripting.
• Experience with data integration tools such as FDMEE, Data Management, and APIs.
• Understanding of financial planning processes, including annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion ERP (GL, Financials).
• Experience with legacy planning platforms and migration processes.
