Description

Develop and optimize Oracle Cloud EPM applications to maintain system stability and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify complex information systems by analyzing business needs and revising system logic.
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve system and data issues through root cause analysis and technical resolutions.
• Define system scope and objectives to meet user and industry requirements.
• Automate and optimize processes to improve existing system workflows.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert for EPM business applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications, Hyperion HFM, or Planning.
• Technical expertise in FCCS, Planning, and peripheral Cloud EPM applications.
• Proficiency in VB, Python, Groovy, REST, PowerShell, or batch programming.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using case tracking systems such as ServiceNow.
