Oracle EPM FCCS consultant

1. Financial Consolidation & Close (FCC / FCCS) 

• Close Management: Automate and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles including multi-GAAP translations, intercompany eliminations, and equity pickups.
• System Maintenance: Optimize application performance, manage metadata, run database refreshes, and structure approval workflows.

2. Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)

• Reconciliation & Matching: Build out Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching modules to automatically match high-volume data, reducing reliance on manual spreadsheets.
• Control Compliance: Set tolerance rules, aging criteria, reconciliation formats, and certification workflows to maintain strict SOX and audit traceability.

3. Freeform & Cube Reports

• Multidimensional Modeling: Leverage the underlying Essbase engine to design and maintain Freeform cubes, complex reporting structures, and data sets from multiple ERP sources.
• Dynamic Reporting: Author cube queries, web dashboards, and Smart View (Excel) ad-hoc reports for executives, while maintaining custom calculations and KPI analysis.

4. Integrations & Automation

• Data Management: Handle Data Load Mappings and Data Load Rules to pull data flawlessly from systems like Oracle Fusion or SAP.
• System Orchestration: Utilize EPM Automate and REST APIs to run scheduled data refreshes, automate pipelines, and migrate artifacts across environments. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Typically 10+ years within Hyperion or Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Implementations: Proven track record of at least one to two end-to-end implementations of FCC and ARCS.
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, EPM Automate, and Groovy scripting.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of accounting principles, close processes, variance analysis, and intercompany reconciliation
