Provide Level 2/3 application support for cloud-based enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Execute daily maintenance activities, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
Identify, document, and manage client business and functional requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
Assess client needs and develop detailed functional specifications to meet their unique objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore members, to enhance software development and deployment processes within an Agile-SCRUM framework.
What's Needed?
Minimum six years of experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting, working directly with clients.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in management information systems, finance, supply chain, or related fields.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of cloud applications, especially Oracle EPM, FLUX, TRCS, and EDMCS.
Experience with upgrades, functional testing, and understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and service desk management frameworks.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients
