Description

You will provide Level 2/3 application support for cloud-based enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance. You own the release pipeline, executing daily maintenance, process design, and package implementation lifecycle support. You identify, document, and manage client business and functional requirements to deliver tailored solutions. You assess needs and develop detailed functional specifications to meet unique objectives. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore members, to enhance software development and deployment within an Agile-SCRUM framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 application support for cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Execute daily maintenance, process design, and package implementation lifecycle support.
• Identify, document, and manage client business and functional requirements.
• Develop detailed functional specifications to meet unique client objectives.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams in an Agile-SCRUM framework.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in post-production, managed services, or client-facing consulting.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EPM.
• Experience with FLUX, TRCS, and EDMCS.
• Hands-on experience with cloud application upgrades and functional testing.
• Understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and service desk management frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, finance, supply chain, or related field.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working effectively with diverse, distributed teams.
