Description

You will serve in a techno-functional capacity focused on Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) configuration updates, specifically for Oracle Time and Labor and Oracle Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and implement solutions by working directly with customers and external partners.
• Manage ongoing enhancement requests, defect corrections, and new development.
• Provide knowledge transfer to IT and business staff.
• Assist with Sysadmin support for R12.2 environment operations.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and define solution sets for technical groups.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Extensive experience developing EBS customizations, extensions, modifications, localization, and integrations using PL/SQL.
• 12+ years of experience writing ad-hoc SQL queries and shell scripts.
• 12+ years of experience with Oracle Workflow functionality and customizing workflows for approval management.
• Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Applications Framework, Forms customization, and Reports.
• Experience with Oracle ERP R12.2, R12.2.2 OTL, and Oracle Payroll.
• Experience with Oracle Financials and Oracle ERP R12.2.
• Background in Oracle HRMSS and self-service applications within HR.
• Ability to lead groups and manage stakeholder requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Java coding skills.
• Knowledge of Procure to Pay processes.
