Description

Own the techno-functional configuration, customization, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with a focus on Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Oracle Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements and implement solutions by collaborating directly with customers and external partners.
• Manage ongoing enhancement requests, defect corrections, and new development cycles for R12.2 environments.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into solution sets for technical teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to IT and business staff on system capabilities and changes.
• Assist with Sysadmin support for Oracle R12.2 environment operations and stability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12, specifically R12.2.
• Extensive experience developing EBS customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integrations using PL/SQL.
• 12+ years of experience writing ad-hoc SQL queries and shell scripts for data analysis and automation.
• 12+ years of experience with Oracle Workflow functionality, including customizing workflows for approval management.
• Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), Forms customization, and Reports.
• Proven experience with Oracle ERP R12.2, R12.2.2 OTL, and Oracle Payroll modules.
• Background in Oracle Financials and Oracle HRMSS, including self-service applications.
• Ability to lead groups and manage stakeholder requirements effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Java coding skills for additional customization or integration needs.
• Knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.
