Description

Manage Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 configuration, focusing on Time and Labor and Payroll modules. Drive techno-functional solutions from requirement gathering through implementation and support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define business requirements and implement technical solutions.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions to define solution sets for business groups.
• Manage enhancement requests, defect corrections, and new development tasks.
• Provide knowledge transfer to IT staff and business users.
• Support system administration operations for R12.2 environments.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, including customizations, extensions, modifications, and integrations.
• Expertise in PL/SQL, Forms customization, Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Applications Framework.
• 12 years of experience writing ad-hoc SQL queries and shell scripts.
• 12 years of experience customizing Oracle Workflow for approval management.
• 12 years of experience leading groups and gathering requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP R12.2, R12.2.2 OTL, and Oracle Payroll.
• Technical proficiency with Oracle EBS Financials and Oracle EBS HRMSS.
• Knowledge of Procure to Pay processes and HR self-service applications.
