You will lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, configurations, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, configurations, and enhancements.
• Design and implement financial setups including chart of accounts, accounting rules, payment terms, and approval workflows.
• Develop and execute performance test scenarios to validate system scalability and response times.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and user manuals for knowledge transfer.
• Configure modules to meet organizational requirements and resolve configuration-related issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architectural roles within Oracle ERP Cloud environments.
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Expense Management, and Tax.
• Proficiency with Financial Reporting tools including OTBI, Smart View, and BI Publisher.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and Performance Testing.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud implementations.
• Familiarity with Oracle quarterly updates and change management processes.
