Description

Lead functional implementation and support for Oracle Cloud Financial modules, owning the full lifecycle from requirement analysis to rollout.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state client processes and develop future-state technical recommendations for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Project Portfolio Management.
• Lead configuration workshops, identify gaps, define RICEW artifacts, and manage testing activities.
• Manage all aspects of Oracle Fusion financial applications, including planning, implementation, integration, and operations.
• Provide subject matter expertise for project planning, work estimation, and cross-functional team management.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS.
• Minimum of 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experiences.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP architecture and configuration.
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Structures and module-specific configurations.
• Proven experience in full life-cycle project development: Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Roll-out.
• Ability to perform requirement analysis and deliver functional design documents.
• Experience architecting technology solutions and managing vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Two years of experience with Oracle PPM Cloud and Grants.
• Familiarity with state or government accounting, financial, budget, and grant training.
