Lead the functional architecture and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
Responsibilities
Manage all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud implementations and support for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Project Portfolio Management Cloud.
Analyze, design, and configure business processes to align requirements with technology solutions.
Lead configuration workshops, identify gaps, define RICEW artifacts, and support testing phases.
Develop future-state technical recommendations by analyzing current-state business processes.
Provide subject matter expertise for project planning, work estimation, and cross-functional team management.
Required Skills
12+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS.
Minimum of 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Enterprise Structures.
Experience managing full project lifecycles: Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Roll-out.
Proven ability to deliver functional design documents and module-specific configurations.
Expertise in architecting technology solutions and managing vendor relationships.
Strong analytical skills for requirement analysis and business process refinement.
Ability to lead Cloud ERP project solutions, including planning, integration, and operations.
