Description

Support the implementation and integration of Enterprise Asset Management and Work Order management systems with Oracle ERP Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions and integration strategies for data flowing between Oracle ERP and Work and Asset Management (WAM) systems.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions to translate high-level concepts into business requirements and future-state architecture proposals.
• Configure systems and develop proofs of concept to support initial implementations and process optimization.
• Design solutions focusing on security, scalability, resilience, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to create functional designs and provide developer support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ERP implementations through the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment and support.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules including SCM, Project, and Finance (configurations, data conversions, and reporting).
• Working knowledge of SQL and API technologies including REST and SOAP.
• Proficiency with Oracle reporting tools such as Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), Smart View, OTBI, and BI Reports.
• Experience with business process mapping, fit/gap analysis, and requirement gathering.
• Understanding of system testing and quality assurance methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer Science, or a comparable major.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with middleware integration architectures such as Informatica, OIC, or MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with Maximax, Enterprise Asset Management, or Inventory Management.
• Experience with Agile processes and Azure.
