Description

You will support and maintain ERP systems within a manufacturing supply chain and order management environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within ERP software and mainframe environments.
• Provide application support for Friedman Frontier ERP systems and AS400 platforms.
• Manage technical tasks independently and collaborate with a global IT team to meet deadlines.
• Support manufacturing supply chain operations and order management workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience working with ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with IBMi, AS400, or Mainframe environments.
• Proficiency in RPG and COBOL programming.
• Strong database skills using DB2 and SQL.
• Experience supporting Friedman Frontier ERP systems.
• Background in manufacturing supply chain operations or order management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
