Description

You will act as a hybrid technical and functional consultant focusing on Oracle ERP modules and business process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and simplify complex business problems into manageable technical solutions.
• Document and present technical problems and functional solutions to stakeholders.
• Manage projects and lead user testing phases.
• Design and improve business processes within Order to Cash, CRM, or SCM workflows.
• Interpret reports and data to support logistics and supply chain business processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• 5+ years of experience in business process design and process improvement.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Order to Cash and/or Pricing Strategies.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills for dividing complex business challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or CRM systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle ERP Service Contracts, Field Service, or Install Base.
• Knowledge of SCM processes including Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, and WMS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and data visualization tools.
• Experience with formal system development methodologies.
