Description

You will support Order to Cash, CRM, and Supply Chain Management business processes within an Oracle ERP environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and simplify complex business problems into manageable technical requirements.
• Document and present technical problems and proposed solutions.
• Manage projects and coordinate user testing phases.
• Design and improve business processes to enhance system efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in both in-person and virtual environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of business process design experience focused on process improvement.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP modules and process flows.
• Experience in Order to Cash, Pricing Strategies, or Supply Chain Logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Ability to interpret complex reports using logistics foundation knowledge.
• Experience with analytics and systems development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM systems, specifically Service Contracts, Field Service, or Install Base.
• Knowledge of SCM processes including Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping, and WMS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and data visualization tools.
• Experience with formal system development methodologies.
