Description

Lead Oracle Cloud practice delivery, P&L ownership, and high-stakes program turnarounds for industrial manufacturing clients.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for the Oracle Cloud portfolio, ensuring 90%+ on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead solution design, fit-gap analysis, and blueprinting for SCM, OTC, PTP, and RTR modules.
• Diagnose distressed programs and execute rapid turnaround plans for troubled initiatives.
• Mentor PMs and architects, enforcing OUM and agile-hybrid delivery while building reusable accelerators.
• Scope presales deals, author SOWs, and present at final interviews as a trusted C-suite advisor.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of comprehensive experience, including 10+ years in Oracle ERP implementations.
• 5+ years leading Oracle Cloud (Fusion) SCM and Financials initiatives as Program Director or Principal Consultant.
• Deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Project Manufacturing, Advanced Pricing, and Global Order Promising.
• Proven track record of turning around at least one troubled $5M+ program.
• Experience with OTC (OM, AR, Collections) and PTP processes in discrete or process manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related business field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or Oracle Cloud certifications in SCM, Financials, or Platform.
• Experience with ETO/CTO product configurators, specifically Oracle CPQ integration with Fusion SCM.
