Description

You will lead Oracle ERP program implementations across the organization, driving process improvement and efficiency from initiation through post-implementation operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with C-Suite, IT, finance, and accounting stakeholders to define ERP initiative goals and strategic direction.
• Plan, execute, and oversee full-lifecycle ERP system implementations, managing budgets and resolving technical and operational risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and deadlines.
• Establish post-implementation structures, such as a center of excellence, to manage ongoing ERP operations and support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Program Manager leading large-scale organization implementations.
• Expertise in Program Management and Project Management methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle Applications, including system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency using Smartsheets for detailed project planning and tracking.
• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps for SDLC processes, including requirements management and test cases.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with executive presence when engaging with C-Suite leadership.
• Proven ability to hold stakeholders and teams accountable in deadline-driven environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience establishing and managing a Center of Excellence for ERP operations.
• Background in finance or accounting domains to better align ERP solutions with business needs.
