Description

You will lead large-scale Oracle ERP implementations and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with C-Suite, IT, finance, and accounting stakeholders to align ERP initiatives with business goals.
• Plan and execute system implementations to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks associated with ERP rollouts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage vendors to meet organizational objectives.
• Drive user adoption and establish a center of excellence for ongoing operations and upgrades.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Program Manager leading implementations for large organizations.
• Proven experience managing system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in project management, including budgeting, planning, and risk management.
• Proficiency with Smartsheets for project planning.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for SDLC processes, including requirements, documentation, and test cases.
• Executive presence with the ability to work regularly with C-Suite leadership.
• Experience managing other Project Managers and holding teams accountable in deadline-driven environments.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder and vendor coordination.
