Description

You will lead the support and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support during implementation, migrations, and upgrades, troubleshooting configuration and integration errors.
• Design and implement technical workarounds for complex support issues including accounting errors and period close problems.
• Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency while managing Oracle SRs.
• Perform technical assessments and cloud readiness planning to provide strategic recommendations.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs and financial process troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP environments.
• Deep expertise in at least 2 Oracle Financials Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, or Tax).
• Proficiency in troubleshooting via FBDI, APIs, and logs.
• Experience resolving complex configuration, accounting engine (SLA), and integration issues.
• Hands-on skill with reporting tools including FRS and OTBI.
• Ability to manage financial data validation, reconciliation, and testing support (SIT/UAT).
• Experience with technical cutover management and migration from on-premise to cloud.

Preferred Skills

• Strong technical communication skills for translating complex accounting discrepancies for diverse audiences.
• Experience training and mentoring client teams to manage Oracle Cloud environments effectively.
