Description

You will provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for Oracle Fusion ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support for Oracle Fusion, resolving technical issues to maintain system reliability.
• Develop BIP and OTBI reports, configuring ESS jobs, and customizing templates using RTF, Excel, and XSL.
• Configure user roles, privileges, and access controls within Oracle Fusion applications.
• Execute data loading for key entities (PO, PR, AP, AR, etc.) using FBDI, REST, and SOAP services.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, Workflow, and OAF, implementing RICE components.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in ERP technical support and implementation.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules including Procurement, Supply Chain, Financials, and General Ledger.
• Proficiency in developing reports using OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP).
• Strong skills in PL/SQL, Workflow, and Oracle Forms development.
• Experience with data integration using REST and SOAP services.
• Knowledge of data loading mechanisms like FBDI.
• Ability to manage data migration and conversion during system upgrades.
• Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
