Provide technical expertise for Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and support. Manage data conversions, develop PL/SQL procedures, and configure workflows.
Responsibilities
Develop PL/SQL procedures, packages, and views to support business logic.
Build OTBI and BI reports to meet specific business requirements.
Analyze quarterly patches, perform impact assessments, and execute regression testing.
Resolve product defects by managing Service Requests with Oracle support.
Liaise with business users to finalize technical objects based on functional requirements.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Cloud ERP implementation and support.
Mandatory Oracle Cloud Certification.
Extensive hands-on experience with PL/SQL and SQL.
Deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud AR, AP, GL, FA, PA, and PO.
Expertise in Cash Management and EBS.
Proven experience with Receivables Cloud implementation.
Experience with OTBI and BI reporting development.
Familiarity with ADF development and PaaS to SaaS integration.
Ability to support P1/P2 issues via 24/7 on-call rotation, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills
Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and SLA management.
