Description

You will lead the data workstream and oversee ERP conversion activities during the transition from legacy systems to Oracle. Manage IT Business Systems Analyst resources and coordinate with third-party contractors and the PMO. Act as the subject-matter expert for data conversion, advising stakeholders and Project Managers. Establish routine delivery of data extracts and reports for functional groups. Analyze project roadblocks, recommend solutions, and escalate risks to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project leadership roles.
• Deep technical expertise in Oracle modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Supply Chain.
• Proven experience managing ERP data conversion processes.
• Hands-on experience with inbound interfacing.
• Strong background in ERP systems and data workstreams.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple functional groups.
• Degree in any field of study.
