Description

You will lead the data workstream and oversee ERP conversion activities during the transition from legacy systems to Oracle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data workstream and manage IT Business Systems Analyst resources.
• Oversee ERP conversion activities and coordinate with third-party contractors and the PMO.
• Advise stakeholders and Project Managers on ERP data conversion processes as the subject-matter expert.
• Establish routine delivery of data extracts and reports for functional groups.
• Analyze project roadblocks, recommend solutions, and escalate risks to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project leadership roles.
• Deep technical expertise in Oracle modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Supply Chain.
• Proven experience managing ERP data conversion processes.
• Hands-on experience with inbound interfacing.
• Strong background in ERP systems and data workstreams.
• Ability to communicate effectively across multiple functional groups.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with White Cap business processes.
