Description

Lead data workstream and conversion activities during the transition from legacy ERP systems to Oracle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT Business Systems Analyst resources and guide conversion activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Establish and maintain routine delivery of data extracts and reports for functional groups.
• Act as the subject-matter expert for ERP data conversion to advise project managers and stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve technical roadblocks to minimize project risk and escalate issues to leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project leadership.
• Deep functional knowledge of Oracle modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Supply Chain.
• Proven experience managing inbound interfacing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP data conversion processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Ability to partner with third-party contractors, PMO, and business associates.

Preferred Skills

• Strong communication skills for coordination across multiple functional groups.
