Description

You will administer and maintain Oracle Exadata Database Machines.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Oracle Exadata Database Machines, including compute nodes, storage cells, and Infiniband switches.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and patching of Exadata software and firmware.
  • Manage and monitor Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and OEM Cloud Control environments.
  • Perform performance tuning and troubleshoot complex database and infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in database administration.
  • Expertise with Oracle RAC.
  • Proficiency with ASM.
  • Working knowledge of Data Guard.
  • Experience managing Exadata hardware and software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
