Description

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) Cloud for enterprise clients. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to testing and data migration. Your role involves developing custom accounting rules and ensuring accurate integration with external financial systems and ERPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle FAH Cloud solutions to support accounting transformations.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements gathering, solution design, data migration, and testing.
• Develop and customize accounting rules and logic to ensure correct processing of financial transactions.
• Oversee the integration of Oracle FAH with external financial systems and ERPs to ensure accurate data transfer.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) with hands-on cloud implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading Oracle FAH Cloud implementations and accounting rules configuration.
• Expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle EBS Financials.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience with data migration processes from legacy systems into Oracle FAH.
• Proficiency in Oracle FAH reporting tools, including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Smart View.
• Knowledge of integration frameworks using APIs or middleware solutions.
• Strong project management skills to lead complex accounting transformation initiatives.
