Description

You will lead Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) implementations, focusing on technical configuration, plugin development, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end OFSC solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain OFSC plugins, configurations, and interfaces to connect with other enterprise applications.
• Gather requirements and define solution designs that adhere to OFSC best practices.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Document technical designs and facilitate knowledge transfer through training and clear communication.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
• Strong technical expertise in OFSC plugins, configurations, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL for backend development and data manipulation.
• Experience with JSP for front-end or middleware integration tasks.
• Techno-functional knowledge of Oracle R12 Field Service, including resource and technician activities.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and convert them into effective solution designs.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle iStore.
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications used in field service operations.
