Description

You will lead techno-functional implementations of Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) through the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale full-life cycle implementations of Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• Design and prototype practical business solutions, including process flow diagrams and requirement gathering.
• Own the overall solution design for customizations and integrations within Oracle Field Service Cloud projects.
• Configure and customize Core Application, Profiles, Permissions, Business Rules, Routing Plans, and Work Schedules.
• Manage Smart Collaboration, Action Management, Mobility, Manage Displays, and Data migration.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in techno-functional roles.
• Demonstrable experience on at least two large-scale Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Inbound/Outbound messages and Reports.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience developing Oracle Field Service forms.
• Experience with web services standards including REST, WSDL, SOAP, XML, XML-Schema, and XSL.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle technologies.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing plug-ins (e.g., meter reading, barcode scanner).
• Knowledge of Knockout.js.
• Knowledge of Oracle CX products including OEC, Oracle Intelligent Advisor, B2C Service, or CPQ.
• Experience integrating with B2C or B2B Service.
