Description

Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects, from requirement gathering through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead OFS implementation and enhancement projects.
• Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders.
• Configure OFS to meet operational and business requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Oracle Field Service consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of mobile workforce management.
• Experience in field operations and dispatch processes.
• Knowledge of service lifecycle management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
