Description

Lead the solution implementation of Oracle Field Service Cloud for business and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution implementations of the Field Service solution by collaborating with business, IT, and domain specialists.
• Analyze customer service and field service processes to design and deliver cloud-based solutions.
• Facilitate solution design sessions to evaluate design options and balance business requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to define functional and integration requirements.
• Coordinate delivery with onshore and offshore teams to ensure successful implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in professional services or consulting.
• Extensive experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical functional and integration designs.
• Proven experience leading solution design sessions.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
