Description

Implement and configure Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions for mobile workforce management and dispatch operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions, including routing, scheduling, capacity management, and mobility configuration.
• Manage work orders, resource allocation, and the dispatch console to optimize field operations.
• Support service lifecycle management and integrate with the Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem.
• Collaborate on large-scale enterprise transformation programs within utilities, energy, or infrastructure sectors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Oracle Field Service consulting experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud, routing & scheduling, and resource management.
• Strong understanding of mobile workforce management and field operations.
• Experience with work order management and dispatch console configuration.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, Maintenance Cloud, PPM, or Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Background in EPC, infrastructure construction, utilities, energy, or telecommunications.
