Description

You will own the analysis, design, and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS R12+ Finance processes. Your work bridges business requirements with technical solutions across core financial modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Oracle Finance modules.
• Design and implement solutions for O2C, P2P, R2R, CM, and FA processes.
• Troubleshoot complex issues within the Oracle EBS R12+ environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate functional configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Finance Modules.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12+ ERP Finance processes.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
• Proven ability in requirement gathering and solution design.
• Experience with Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Strong communication skills to translate technical details for business users.
