Description

Own the full lifecycle of Oracle Finance modules, specifically Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional workshops, solution design, CRP/UAT sessions, and end-user training.
• Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP functionality.
• Design and configure Oracle modules, including setups for AR, OM, GL, FA, and Cash Management.
• Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshooting functional issues across financial transactions and period close.
• Ensure system configurations comply with internal controls (SOX) and corporate policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Finance functional roles.
• Strong expertise in OTC (Order Management, Receivables, Billing, Pricing) and RTR (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
• Proficiency with Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion).
• Experience supporting integrations with third-party systems (CRM, banking systems, etc.).
• Ability to document BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, SOPs, and configuration documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize OTC & RTR processes.
• Familiarity with CRM systems integration points.
