Description

Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end financial processes within the Oracle Fusion ERP system. Ensure the system supports accounting, budgeting, reporting, and controls while maintaining data integrity during migration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the System Integrator to capture financial requirements and execute data migration plans.
• Validate financial data for accuracy and completeness throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Advise stakeholders on optimized future-state designs, challenging existing practices for efficiency.
• Ensure ERP adherence to financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Co-design training programs and provide post-implementation support for finance staff.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience in finance roles with at least 1 full ERP implementation cycle.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and general ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, value chain management, and controls.
• Proven track record in managing financial processes and validating data.
• Ability to work closely with technical, functional, and PMO teams.

Preferred Skills

• Professional accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
• Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
