Description

Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle HCM and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Oracle HCM modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Design and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Support financial processes within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Provide technical guidance on HCM and OIC functional workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle financial or functional consulting.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
