Description

Manage end-to-end Oracle EBS Finance modules and complex integration cycles for month-end and year-end closures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own management of Finance modules including AR, AP, GL, FA, CE, SLA, and PO, extending to INV and OM as required.
• Manage O2C and P2P cycles, handling interface data from third-party systems like Infor, Data Cap (OCR), and BPM.
• Monitor interface jobs and resolve errors daily or weekly to ensure successful book closures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to suggest code changes, bug fixes, and process optimizations.
• Prepare MD-50 functional specifications and lead end-to-end testing for new finance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and P2P cycles.
• Expertise in O2C (Order to Cash) workflows.
• Proficiency using SQL Developer to resolve AP and AR interface issues.
• Experience handling Fixed Assets interface data, including PO Receipts and AP matching.
• Ability to customize SLA rules by adding functions based on business requirements.
• Experience managing Supplier and Customer master data integration.
• Proven track record of managing Sev1 and Sev2 issues with Oracle Support.

Preferred Skills

• Execute 1099 patch processes through to IRS e-filing and act as the primary contact for bank integration and Treasury payment issues.
• Support SOX compliance by providing audit sampling data and performing system sanity checks and DR activities.
