Job Description:

• Should have experience in Revenue management and Subscription management 
• Requirement Gathering: Work with finance and accounting stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Financials solutions. 
• Ticket Management: Monitor and manage service requests using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira; categorize issues, prioritize resolution, and maintain clear communication with end users. 
• Functional Testing: Execute test scenarios for system changes including bug fixes, patches, and enhancements. Develop and document test plans and results. 
• Patch/Upgrade Validation: Participate in regression testing and validation activities for Oracle system patches, upgrades, and new releases. 
• Integration Support: Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations between Oracle Financials and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, procurement, banking). 

Immediate to 15 days joiners are preferred.
