Description

Lead Oracle R12 implementations for finance modules, translating business requirements into technical solutions and managing configuration processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle R12 modules to meet specific business and accounting requirements.
• Execute test scripts and perform proofs of concept for new functional implementations.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and Oracle teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Manage communication between onshore counterparts, business analysts, and project teams.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of experience in Oracle R12 (versions 12.1 or 12.2) implementation.
• Deep domain expertise in finance and accounting.
• Hands-on experience with ROM for Lease Accounting.
• Proven ability to manage configuration and requirement gathering processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, and Cost Management modules.
