Description

You will function as a hands-on developer writing secure, modular, and testable code.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of engineering efforts across 1-2 teams.
• Contribute to all stages of software development, including design, development, documentation, and testing.
• Maintain deep ownership of your team's software, understanding its runtime properties, dependencies, and hardware.
• Ensure methodology compliance, managing resolutions and reporting to management when required.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively within a global engineering environment.

Required Skills

• Experience enhancing and supporting Oracle Financials modules (Order Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, etc.).
• Proficiency in Oracle, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Strong command of PL/SQL and Unix shell scripting.
• Experience with Oracle SCM and Financial Modules.
• Familiarity with Workflow builder, Hyperion budgeting and forecasting, and JDDeveloper.
• Experience with Version Control (PVCS/BitBucket).
• Knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts and Methodologies.
• Experience with XP, TDD, and BDD in software development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS, serverless, NoSQL) and micro-service design.
• Experience with CI/CD, API design, and distributed systems operations in a DevOps model.
