Description

You will lead the functional implementation of Oracle Financials Cloud, ensuring alignment with in-scope SCM processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with finance teams and stakeholders to define current processes and future state requirements.
• Document As-Is financial business processes and design optimized To-Be processes using Oracle Financials Cloud capabilities.
• Perform hands-on configuration of core Oracle Financials Cloud modules.
• Identify gaps between standard Oracle functionality and client requirements to propose configurations, extensions, or workarounds.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore finance functional teams to manage requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in financial systems implementation.
• Expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud.
• Proven experience in Solution Design.
• Ability to map business processes to cloud functional capabilities.
• Experience managing functional requirements across distributed onshore and offshore teams.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Deep knowledge of SCM processes integration with Finance.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
